Ingredients

You need following ingredients to make smoothie

-1 ½ cups unsweetened flax milk

-½ cup frozen mango
-½ cup fresh papaya
-also ½ inch of fresh turmeric
-½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
-1 tablespoon of chia seeds
-also 1 tablespoon seeds

-¼ cup walnuts
-½ inch fresh ginger

Method

Take all the ingredients and put them to the blender. If you don’t have a good blender then grinds the nuts and seeds in the coffee blender before adding them into the blender. Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste. Your anti-inflammatory smoothie is ready enjoying it.
