Berry, Peach & Coconut Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic blueberries
  • 1 cup organic blackberries
  • 2 doughnut peaches, pitted and cut them into wedges (half-inch)
  • 6 cups filtered or spring water
  • 2 cups coconut water that is organic and unsweetened
  • 1 gallon jar that is from glass, is clean and has lid

Directions:

  1. Put blackberries and blueberries on jar’s bottom. On the top of that put the slices of peach.
  2. Pour the coconut water and the spring water in the jar. Stir the water and put the lid on the jar. Leave it in the refrigerator minimum for an hour or leave it overnight to feel the flavor better. Drink within two days.

The amount you will drink is 64 ounces.

Cocktail Of Kiwi

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 kiwis that are ripe, sliced thinly or peeled (or for more intense flavor they can be crushed)
  • 17 ounces of spring or filtered water

Directions:

  1. Use a pitcher or a Mason jar (64-ounce) to put the kiwis that are sliced.
  2. Pour the filtered water.
  3. Refrigerate until cold and enjoy.

Strawberry, Basil & Cucumber

Ingredients:

  • 3 basil leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 strawberry sliced
  • 3-5 slices of cucumber
  • Ice
  • Water

Directions:

Raspberry Lemon Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic raspberries
  • 8 cups filtered or spring water
  • 1 lemon organic and large, cut into half-inch slices
  • 2 dried Medjool dates
  • 1 gallon clean glass jar with lid

Directions:

  1. Put raspberries in the jar’s bottom. Add the dates, then layer the lemon slices on top. Add water in the jar and close it with a lid.
  2. Use the refrigerator to infuse the water by leaving it in it for 1 hour.

Mixed Melon Melody Infused Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cantaloupe pieces
  • 1 cup watermelon pieces
  • 1 cup honeydew pieces
  • 17 ounces of spring or filtered water

Directions:

  1. Use a pitcher or a Mason jar (64-ounces) to put the melons.
  2. Add the water over them and chill. Serve over ice.

Orange, Strawberry & Mint

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 orange, sliced
  • 17 ounces filtered water

Directions:

  1. Use a Mason jar to put all herbs and fruits.
  2. Fill to top with water.
  3. Seal tightly the Mason jar. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Ginger Pineapple Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pieces of pineapple (to get more sweeter flavor it can be crushed)
  • ginger, piece of 1-inch that is sliced thinly
  • 17 ounces of spring or filtered water

Directions:

  1. Use a pitcher or a Mason jar (64- ounces) to put the ginger and the pineapple.
  2. Pour the water over top and refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice.

Cucumber Lavender Mixer

Ingredients:

  • 1 thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1 tsp. lavender that is culinary dried, or 2 springs of lavender that is fresh
  • 17 ounces of spring or filtered water

Directions:

  1. Use a pitcher or a Mason jar (64-ounce) to put the lavender and cucumbers.
  2. Pour the filtered water. If using dried lavender, strain before serving.
  3. Refrigerate until cold and enjoy.
